cream in between usually with topping on the top crepes of filling in between.

We have 3 types of cake - Regular - 18 cm, Large 22 cm and Xtra Large – 30cm
Regular - 900 gr, Large - 1200 gr and Mini - 500 gr.
Yes, we can deliver to any address and specific time. We have 2 schedule delivery; Batch1: 10pm
– 13pm, Batch 2: 2pm-6pm. When you order make sure you have given the full details in order to
ensure the cake will be delivered on the correct address. Each region has a different delivery
price. Please make sure to Our Admin for the delivery cost.
It depends on the ready stock in the outlet and the current delivery schedule. To make sure that
you got the cake pls. preorder 2 days in advance.
For the optimal flavour, make sure that the cake is always chilled. After purchasing make sure
the cake is kept in the chiller not in a room temperature.
In chiller the cakes can be stored for 3 days. In freezer we recommend around 1 week.
For optimal flavour a slice in a room temperature must be consumed within 15 minutes. After the
cake is cut and served, keep the remaining slices in chiller. In chiller the cake enjoys best ~
6-8 degrees. In the freezer the temperature falls to -10 degrees, which freezer the cake for
deep sleep.
The enjoy the optimal flavor the cake must be at its chilled state. After the cake is removed
from the freezer, leave the room at a temperature for 10-15 min. Not recommended to consume the
cake in a frozen state.
For vegetarians yes, but not for vegans, because the product contains Dairy.
The cakes can be cut in 14, 12 and 10 slices. You can request your cake to be pre-cut prior your
delivery.

Yes, we can have a customized printing on sugar paper that is put on a thin crust of chocolate.

Yes, is it safe as we are using edible ink and sugar paper. The printing itself is laid on a
thin layer of white or brown chocolate.
Yes, we have First Love candles with the shape of the numbers and different colors. Pls. ask the
outlet staff to show it to you. By default each cake is sold with a pack of 2 generic candles
with 1 Happy Birthday topper.
Well packed and unopened the cake can survive up to 7 hours. You can request additional ice
packs to be put prior the cake is deliver to you.

The best flavour depends on the taste of the individual customer. We do recommend our best
seller - French Vanilla for beginners as the taste is neutral and very well accepted form
different age groups.

All our cakes contain very low sugar levels. Every bite feels not too sweet. The sweetness comes
from the natural sweetness of the dairy cream.
